Dean Calcutt - Managing Director

With over 20 years of experience in the construction and energy sectors, Dean brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to our team. As a time-served electrician and chartered construction manager (MCIOB), Dean has a strong technical background, which he has honed and expanded throughout his extensive career.

Dean has successfully delivered projects exceeding £500 million in total value, demonstrating his capacity to manage large-scale schemes in both the private and social housing sectors. He has specialised in external wall insulation, overseeing energy efficiency improvements to over 10,000 homes. This work has made a significant impact on environmental sustainability and provided substantial cost savings for clients.
