Green Homes Grant Installs

Based in the North West, Green Homes Grant Installs (GGI) is one of the leading Retrofit Advisory & Installers in England. With Retrofit Assessors, Coordinators and Installers all under one roof, we lead in quality.


Trustmark, PAS2035, MCS and PAS2030:2019 accreditations allow GGI to complete installations in accordance to the Boiler Upgrade, Green Homes Grant LADs, Decarbonisation and Energy Company Obligation Schemes.

Accredited installations include Glazing and Doors, Insulation (Flat Roofs, Room in Roof, Underfloor, External Wall, Cavity Wall, Internal Wall, Loft, Pitched Roof) Lighting, Solar PV, Solar Thermal, Air Source Heat Pumps and Boiler/Heating systems.

PAS2035 Assessments and Coordination Services are available along with Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) to highlight property efficiency.

​The Energy Company Obligation (ECO) is a scheme which allows UK Energy Management to improve the energy efficiency of individual households through a range of different measures, where these are designed to improve living standards whilst reducing energy consumption. ​The ECO scheme is an efficiency project administered by the regulator Ofgem, where its target is to tackle fuel poverty whilst also reducing carbon emissions.
